Status Code 80169d03

Well i'm trying to add a credit card to my xbox live account so I can renew my Gold Membership. But nope i can't. What's the excuse from Xbox you ask?? "Can't retrieve info from Xbox Live. Please try again later." Yep I tried this A MONTH AGO AND I'M STILL GETTING THE SAME ERROR! Yeah xbox it's been later and i'm getting to the point where i am going to get a PS3. Best of all, It's FREE. So why am I still getting the same error code? How do you fix this because it seems like NOBODY ELSE HAS THIS PROBLEM.

Hey there, sorry you are having such issues with your payment methods. Have you tried adding different payment methods to your account? Do you have the same issue with any card? If you continue to have issues with your billing account, I would recommend calling up phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx), as they can provide a lot more in-depth information regarding your billing account. Hope this helps!
