Status Code 80151011 FIX FOUND

Step one:  delete your profile from your console.  Just delete the profile not the account.

Step two:  Clear the system cache by hitting the xbox button (center); go over to sytem tab; select storage; select your hard drive and press Y.  Clear cache.

IMPORTANT!!!  You have to clear the cache 3 times!!!  Or it won't work.

Now click the xbox button (center) and select download profile. 

You will have to use your live email account and password to complete this.  It does work.

Tech support was of little use to me last night.  I found this information in another post.  Please spread the word so we can all get back online.

this would be good info to post in ambassador forums you should try posting there instead of the problems area alot of people dont look for fixes here just answers on a one on one basis usually, Thanks for the heads up will take mental note.

Well this is a case to case basis will not work most of the time. But this step below is a more guaranteed step for such error code.

Step 1: Delete you profile of your console ( Settings>> System>> Storage>> Hard drive >> Profile )

-- Make sure to DELETE PROFILE ONLY

Step 2: This error code pertains to adding a security proof to your account but for some strange reason it glitges up on the console. Click on the link below to add a security proof: account.live.com/.../Manage

Step 3: This has came out on the recent dashboard update. You may want to try to redownload the update to do this.

Go to setting>>System>>Storage press these buttons: LB RB X LB RB X confirm and reboot console then confirm the update

Step 4: Redownload your profile... Press the Xbox button then select Download profile and sign in.

MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW EACH STEP

 

** if these steps does not work... Please contact Xbox customer support for tier 3 escalation...

**You may want to try to clear system cache once and redownload
