Hey there,

I've been curious as to what's been going on with my Xbox Live as of late. For the past week or two, everytime I try to access Live, it comes up with the error code in the post title. I'm unable to access the Marketplace, Recover Gamertag, download content, etc. I'm only able to see friends who are online, chat with them, play games online (If I had Gold, that is), and that's about it.

At first I thought it may have been a local internet issue, but it would seem that my two younger brothers who both own a 360 (One owns the original Xbox Pro console, the other owns the 4GB Slim) are able to access Live with no issues. Myself, I own an Xbox 360 Arcade model, with a 20GB hard drive, I've been trying to figure out the problem with this for some time now. I thought it might fix itself, but it's been about two weeks already, and nothing new has happened.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried recovering your profile to one of your brothers' consoles? If so, does the same issue occur too? That may be a profile error code, and as such, I suggest visiting https://billing.microsoft.com to be sure you don't have any outstanding payments.
