Status code 80072746

Hello, I am having some issues with xbox live and I am posting to ask your advice. I tried to update a game and I got a popup which said "This feature is temporarily unavailable, status code 80072746." The network that I am using is slow BUT I was wondering if you were doing any maintenance because it said temporarily unavailable, whereas if it was a connection issue I would imagine the message would be different. I am unable to connect my xbox directly to the router because it is downstairs and I don't have a wire long enough to reach. Should I try clearing the system cache? I have connection problems ALOT on this wireless network but the error message confused me. Can you please help me try and fix the issue? Thanks.
