I get the status code-8007065b please help me i get it when i go on xbox live i can play on xbox live but sometimes i get that code and i dont know what to do please help me

This error usually occurs after you change your gamertag. If youre seeing this message and error code, it means that a gamertag change you made might not have been applied correctly to your account.

Solutions

Solution 1: Sign out and restart the console

Sign out of the profile thats associated with your gamertag. Restart the console, and then try to sign in to your profile again.

Solution 2: Contact Xbox Support

If the previous solution didnt solve the issue, contact Xbox Support.
