Static IP adress lost after each Xbox One power off

I need to use a static IP adress to open ports in my internet box, and to get an "open" NAT.

But each time my Xbox One is powered off, when I turn it "on" again, the static IP adress I saved the previous time is lost, and replaced by another one that is not OK.

My Xbox one is completly powered off, I don't use the "fast start" mode because of another problem : if I use this mode I have a black screen for the TV, the only way to get back the signal from the Canal+ decoder, is to shut down completly the Xbox One and to restart it, so that's the reason why the "fast start" mode is unusable at home.

Thanks for your support.

UP, I still have the problem.

Is that someone from Microsoft is able to respond, is an identified problem will be fixed soon, or is that my Xbox One is defective?
