sorry, xbox live profiles cant be downloaded right now. Try again later. 8007050570

Hi. I have a problem with my profile on xbox live.  after i downloaded the new update all of my profiles were deleted.  i tried to download my profile back but i get this error message.  another profile on my xbox did sucessfully re-download.

"sorry, xbox live profiles cant be downloaded right now. Try again later.  8007050570"

I tried some possible suggestions from a similar post about cancelling all pending and partial downloads, etc but can't do that because i'm not logged in.

Please help!

The best thing for you to do is to contact Xbox Tech and let them know about this. I tried looking up your error code and could not find it at all. There is also a little chance something might be wrong with your hard drive possably. I'm not an expert on the codes and do not know too much about. The sooner you call the better. Here is their number and working hours. 1-800-4MY-XBOX

 Hours of operation (every day):

 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 A.M. Eastern Time

 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Pacific Time

International (direct dial to U.S.): 425-635-7180

In Conclusion, I hope I helped and BYE.

Status error codes are eight digits long; '8007050570' is too long. If it is an 8007XXXX error, then you do have a connection problem of some kind.

A sequential power cycle is the first step in clearing connection problems, and the order and timing of the steps is important to success:

1) turn off the Xbox then

2) unplug power from the router (Some folks have a combination modem-router AKA 'gateway' or only use a modem with no router. If either, skip steps 3 & 6).

3) unplug power from the modem.

4) Wait at least 5 minutes then replug the modem/gateway power.

5) Wait 'til the light on the front of the modem/gateway which says ONLINE, READY, CABLE or DSL is on solid (not flashing), then plug in the router. If you have a gateway instead of a modem and router or a modem with no router, then when that light says it's ready, skip to step 7.

6) Wait until the WiFi light on the router is on; you may not use WiFi, but it's still a good indicator your router is finished booting up.

7) Turn on the Xbox.  For more background on Ports, see whatismyipaddress.com/port

If the problem persists, please send us the info we need from http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/9/t/155724.aspx so we may work on this further.
