I tried to change my Microsoft Account to a new email address I just created. I can no longer access my original account, so I need to change it. When I try, I get the following message.

I would really appreciate if this gets helped, so I can change the account

Hello SoundKage,

If you have just created this account please give it a full 48 hours to register. After that please make sure that the profile you wish to switch has been downloaded on the Xbox for 30days. In order to change the Microsoft account to the new one you will need to enter the old account password. If you no longer have the password, please rest it. You can do this at http://outlook.com/ and enter the email and click forget(follow the onscreen instructions). However, if you previously saved you phone number on the old Microsoft account you can use a single code sigh-in and change the passcode in the account settings.

Hello everyone.

So here's my issue, I have a secondary eMail address that I wanted to move my Gamertag to. When I tried, it said that I needed to wait 30 days before doing that. I tried again 31 days after and still got this message. Any help please ?
