Sorry, this profile can`t connect to xbox live on this console. To fix it, download it again.

Hello.

Just changed my gamertag and am getting the Sorry, this profile can`t connect to xbox live on this console....

Since it cost a few quid to change it i really don`t fancy paying again to get my old name back.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

I dont think it's your new gamertag. Xbox live has gone down everyday since at least saturday. I can't connect right now either.

Hey Dix, you might have some luck by deleting the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache 3 times. Restart the console and re-download your profile.

Delete and re-download profile: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

-

Clear system cache: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

I just research and my Xbox 360 live down I had the same problem but digitalAssassin Help thank you like the comment cheers mate :)
