I have an XBOX 360 with XBOX Live Gold membership for a 2 year plan. The payment transactions come straight out of the bank account and we have enough money for the monthly fee in the account. Whenever I try to even use my XBOX for almost anything (even non-live games) it brings me back to a screen saying I cannot connect and that my subscription payment is up to date. Bottom line is that I know it is up to date and that I still have 1 more year left on my gold membership plan. Please help if you can.
