Sorry, Cannot This Console Cannot Sign Into Xbox Live Until Payments Are Caught Up.

Hey Support, im trying to get into my account, and it opens up with this error saying ive missed a payment. I have done no such thing. I have, however switched my credit card to a new one. I have the Entertainment for All, that 2 year subscription thing. My dad's card is on this and i dont want to take the heat for this one. I was wondering what i could do to save this and such. When i go to my account, it says i dont even have a subscription anymore. However, when i look at my account, it says im a gold member. I dont want to feel my dads wrath because hes getting charged something we cant afford. I really need this fixed.

Hiya,

You'll want to contact phone support and speak with a billing specialist. The entertainment for all plan  is sort of a unique plan that require a bit more tinkering than a normal account would. A billing support agent would be able to best assist you with the issue you're having. You should be able to reach out to phone support by clicking this link here.
