Something wrong with XBox Servers

As have many, I've been experiencing continuous disconnects from XBox Live services with the error code of 8015190E. After spending 15+ talking to support and going through every step every mentioned a multitude of times, I've decided to out source some help. Now I am not a tech guy, but with some help I've been able to acquire information that shows that it is something on with the MS side of things.

All three tests were done roughly 45 minutes apart with one of them happening at the same time I got disconnected. Hopefully someone can make use of this and pass it on to MS.

CaliMeatWagon, unfortunately, this traceroute does not mean anything, because it's can be asymmetrical.

Its like, if You can travel to home by two ways, what You choose right now, no one know. With traceroute, the same situation. And Yeah, network hardware can work perfectly but traceroute can be bad, for many reasons, it's not priority traffic.

So multiple people are experiencing the same error codes, without anything else in their house experiencing error codes, but it can't be MS fault. Oh no, it has to be the consumers fault!

this issue has yet to be resolved on any of the threads i've looked through so far. on my end nothing has changed in the time ive had my xbox, except on the MS side of things. everyone is beginning to think this is just a ploy to get everyone to upgrade. and im starting to believe them. guess its time to start buying games for my ps3.

CaliMeatWagon,please note, that I'm not blaming You, I'm just trying to explain to You, that traceroute is very hard to explain thing, nothing more.

muhlbacer, I'm realy sorry to hear that. I've never experienced such problems. But I'm network engineer, so I can tell that network problems are very complex. Because of that sometimes it's really challenge to fix it, without ability to check Your network or hardware directly.
