Someone want to explain to me why my previous post hasnt had one attempt to be answered by XBOX in regards to connection???

HELLO!

I POSTED YESTERDAY THAT I CANNOT CONNECT TO XBOX LIVE. I STILL CANNOT AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MY POST.. YOU THINK MAYBE YOU CAN HELP OUT HERE???

BELOW IS THE PREVIOUS POST THAT YOU ALL DECIDED TO IGNORE:

This just started yesterday. I was playing and experiencing major lag. 

I logged out checked the connection and couldnt reconnect. 

What Country/State/Province do you live in? United states

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter? internal 
Things you have tried:  I have tried manually inputting the DNS Settings, I have restarted the router, the xbox everything. I have been having this issue for 24hrs now. Everything else connects fine to the internet. password is correct.. 
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT?
Any Error Codes you encounter: 
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Comcast

Greetings, CRCox! Sorry you didn't receive a response in your other thread. I would be happy to help you here. First off, is the problem that you cannot connect to LIVE, or that you are experiencing lag? Are you seeing any error codes? If so, can you post them here? I noticed you are using a wireless connection. Are you able to plug your console into the modem directly to see if that makes a difference? Thanks in advance! Standing by.
