i have very little patience for this crap so if this isnt solved soon il be switching to me PS3 and not coming back. and finding a way to file a complaint
Please contact Xbox support by phone so they can do an investigation and also refund you for the charges that were made on your credit card. Also get your account back for you.

Considering what happened with their network, I would reconsider and quit handing out your personal info.
It happened to me too it sucks and now im considering a PS3 this is bull
@Dethriel-I see you use the same GT on the PSN. Did you also happen to use the same e-mail address and password for your PSN that you use for XBL?
