Someone has changed my account location from UK to Russia

I got this email form XBL

I'm not sure exactly what questions they'll ask. They'll ask questions to verify that you are the owner of the account.

You can file the Unauthorized Access investigation, but you won't get your account back to UK  :-( This is a very bad problem that needs to be addressed by Microsoft. My suggestion would be to REMOVE the ability to migrate accounts from the website, and make it so that people have to call in to support to have it done. (Funny that phishers can easily move the account(s) they've stolen from one region to another, but yet paying customers have to call in to perform something so simple as turning off Auto Renewal...)

Pretty much all you can do is call support open up a UA. It might be a bit til you are able to get your refund, let alone your account back (judging by all the users who had their accounts migrated as well).

Sorry to hear about your situation, I had mine hacked too but all I lost was my 600 ms points about about $70-80 paypal. I can still get on if I want to, but after reading these forum posts I have kind of lost the desire.
