your best bet is to call the official support team at 1-800-4MY-XBOX or click the support tab on the top right so you can find other ways of reaching support.
they are the only ones who can help you with this type of problem, not us ambassadors.
you should call them as soon as possible...and also try to put a temporary stop on your card tied to the account...cuz each day could be a spending spree. You probably already lost 10 dollars if he changed your gamertag...so HURRY!
