Some Billing Help please?

Hi! So, today I was billed additional $ on my credit card and I decided to go to my billing history to try and find the reason and to my suprise the billing.microsoft.com site is either down or not letting people access. Im not sure if this is a wide problem or just me. Also Im on hold with xbox right now with a 1hour 20 minute wait and have been on the line for 30minutes already. Thanks for the help anyone.

Hey, this may be a little late for you now but you can get them to call you by going to  http://xbox.com - sign in there if you can - then go to support.xbox.com/contact-us

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

Try http://commerce.microsoft.com for more details and if that does not resolve it then clcik on Request A Call after going to support.xbox.com/contact-us which is taking 62 min in the US/Canada right now.
