Solving my problem.

Hi everyone, i have little problem with my Xbox 360. When I'm playing like 5hours a day my console start to freeze or slowing game's ( yes, i try to clear the cache but that didn't workd) and when i want to turn it off its seems to turning off but its keeping alive ? So here is my question : Can i get my Xbox repaired by Microsoft? I mean, can i send them it on my warranty? Because it's realy annoying sometimes, when i get new game and i want to play it like all day long but i cant?

call support

 

or if you registered your console with your windows live id

then support and click repair my console sign in and check warranty status

make sure you change the region to the correct one

 

if it says out of warranty then you will have to pay

Yea, my console is registered on xbox.com. My warranty is till 2 July. So you think that i can send it back to Microsoft? I've send it one time beacuse my console wont read my games, and they send me back brand new console ;) Regions is alright :)

So anybody can solve my problem? Beacuse i didnt get straight answer. It's really anoying me and it's going on like for 6 months...

sound like you are overheating it and it self trying shut down to keep from overheating

Recommended gaming time is 3-4hrs a day. It's best for you if you turn the console off after that time.

Think of it this way - your failing console is doing you a favor.
