Small issue with new dashboard update

So I just updated my Xbox and for some reason when I sign in to Xbox live, the microsoft account that appears in the top right of the dashboard is the old one I switched from over a year ago. Has anybody else seen this with their own profile?

Hey Cerb,

The first thing I tried was redownloading my profile and it fixed my problem. I really appreciate the help and suggestions from both of you.

Thank you both!

Hey there Helljumper! Thanks for updating us! Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

When you head over to account.live.com, do you see your new email or your old email on your account?

Hey Mister Ohnaka,

When I look in my account settings everything is normal and the correct Microsoft account is there. But for some reason in the top right corner of the dashboard where it cycles your gamertag, gamerscore, and email address it shows my old email.

It just worried me because I had so much trouble trying to get that old email off my account.

Hey Helljumper B117,

That is odd. Was it showing the correctly before the update?

If you would like to change it, on your console just navigate to Settings>Account>Account Security>"Change Microsoft Account".

Let us know how that goes, or if you have anymore questions.
