Simply Rewarding Offer

Hi there - I couldn't see anything via the search function, so apologies if this has already been covered anywhere and I've missed it.

I opted into the Simply Rewarding Offer, directly from the email, in order to gain 6000 points, by spending at least £36 during March. I have spent close to £50, but haven't seen anything to show that I should be expecting to see the points added or when.

I did see mention of up to 96 hours, but is that after the final purchase (which was on Monday night) or the end of the offer period?

How do I know for sure that my opt in worked?
