signing on

xbox wont let me sign on, but I can sign on at the website.Gives me the code that the account doesnt exist...but all info is correct and works on website,  Whats up?

Hey there, this can be due to a few things. First check that your security proofs and up to date and verified by following the link and clicking 'Manage your security info' and signing-in to make sure the proofs are up to date and verified: support.xbox.com/.../add-security-proof

Also while signed-in there check to see if you have two-step verification is enabled, if it is you will need to create a new app password to sign-in to the Xbox: support.xbox.com/.../error-code-8015d002

If you are still receiving an error and are sure the above is up to date then delete the profile from the console (profile only), clear the system cache 3 times. Restart the console and re-download your profile.
