Signing me out of XBL when I switch to something different

So I am having this problem where every time I try to log into a game, netflix, lastfm, ect. my xbox l signs me out of XBL and I have to sign back in again. I had the same problem a few months ago so I deleted my profile and then downloaded it again per advice from this forum. I've cleared the cache and still having the same problem. Can someone please give me a definitive answer to my problem?

Every once in a while I have this issue myself where my account gets signed out and then won't sign back in again.  I just restart my modem by unplugging it for 10 seconds.  After that no issues for a long time.

Give that a try for your modem/router and see if it works.

Make sure you clear the cache 3 times, also if you are using a router as well as a modem you'll want to unplug the router and modem... let the modem boot up first, once fully booted, then you can plug in your router... let it fully boot as well.  Make sure your xbox is off during this process.

REST ONYX - you'll want to create your own thread with details of your issue.
