Hello. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your profile signing in. This could be some kind of network problem going on in the background. First thing I would try is sign in to your profile, and then clear your system cache. This could clear
up some free space on your hard drive. You could also delete your profile, and redownload your profile, here is the link for that.
