Sign in problems

When i try to log into my Xbox live it says i have to sign in with my email and password to check for security proof updates and when i try to go back i sign out of my profile completely so i go back and enter the email and password but it says it is wrong and comes up with the error code 8015D002. I have tried changing my password and deleting and re-downloading my account but it takes me back to the email and password sign in. What shall i do?

Can you check to see if your profile (or any) is corrupted? Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Profiles

It may also help to update your security information by signing out and re-signing in to check your billing information, pass word and so on.
