issues with Xbox live content after updating


I am having sign-in issues. Every time I play a game or use an app, I receive a notification of being signed out and then I have to sign back in every time. This is very frustrating to sign into Netflix, be told I don't a gold subscription and having to sign in multiple times just watch a movie i have already paid for and want to watch. I also can't get into my World of Tanks account because I being signed out, told I didn't have a gold account or xbox live connection. 

I haven't had any issues until this last Xbox live update. I have been a loyal customer for several years and I would like to see if this can be resolved.
