A Service Alert Is Basically An Alert To Allow Xbox Users To Know When There Us An Issue With Xbox Live For Example There Is An Alert Out Right Now For  Account

I am getting the same message. Nevermind might not be able to view messages I cannot connect to xbox live and it has now been two days.

Has any progress been made and is there a likely time for fixing the problem. Will we also get the days added back to our accounts when fixed, as at present we are not getting the service we have paid for?

how come im getting a service alert? i have great internet service and im xbox gold member that is paid for me too play online and when i do get online other players are invisable!!

this service alert is not letting my xbox connect, it's been a few days now. is there a problem on the xbox service side and will I be compensated for the days I have lost?
