wtf do we pay money to play games we have already bought when you cant even keep your service working????  havent had the time to play in weeks and the day i want to play your service goes out the window how tha heck do you guys run a company? i live in norway i had to call the customer support in US to freaking get a msg other then we are closed  but hey the we are closed msg is 10 times better then the computer  awnsering service you got cause thats just idiotic!! telling me to go to the freaking website  over and over  how tha heck is that gonna help me ? and why is this issue only hitting some of us? my friend i was gonna play with today lives 5min by car from me and he get to play. get your Sht together and fix the issues!!!!!!!

yeah and the last msg posted there is how many hours old?  how tha heck can my friend get on but i cant? we live on same street

I'm with this guy. I'm seriously questioning why I bother buying Live when I can't use it when I want to.

Saying "Oh, we're working on it" doesn't tell me anything. What is the actual problem & how long is it going to take to resolve the problem?

They can't tell you the problem until they have located it and they can't give you an ETA on a fix until they know what it is and what the solution is.

Keep trying to reconnect and you'll sign in and be able to play online as usual. XBL isn't offline it is just not as responsive when signing in as it should be.

I can't sign into Xbox Live. I have 2 service alerts.  Nothing we can really do about that. My room mate and I were playing BL OPs 2 at noon EST. Now we can't sign in. The xbox live status page gives no good info. Just tells you that they are aware of it. And they don't update you every 30min. Its the same thing every 30min. This isn't an answer but. I'm going to go watch a movie and hope Xbox Live will be working when its over. But thats the best answer I can come up with. Give them some time.  Go watch a movie.  :)  P.S. This happen last time when double xp weekend came for BL OPs 2.

See the thing is, it took me over half an hour to sign in the first time and now it happens again.

Yet I'm the one who loses this available Live time because they have a problem; surely I should get my half hour back?

Ok Xbox I have gave you props in the past for having great customer support and now it seems like you have nothing to offer to help your customers. Your customers are also helpful in more ways then paying you money. How about you let everyone know what is going on and maybe this forum could be a little more productive. I'm not saying I can provide any assistance but I'm sure there is people here that have the know how and motivation to try and get the service up and running very soon.
