Serious Question That Needs Answering Fast!

Ok, so basically. I was just hacked. I know a lot off people will have something differnt to way about this. But I don't care. I'm being 100% serious that I was hacked and something bad happened. Someone brought a 6000MS point bundle on my account.. I recovered the gamertag fast enough and changed the deatails fast enoguth for him not to recover my gamertag again.

Here's the story. Basically. I was in a game on MW2. It then disconnected me from Xbox Live. I fought oh, that's okay normaly happends. I go to sign into my account and BAM! "Xbox account is not vaild, please recover the gamertag or renew the membership" or something a long them lines. So, I recoverd the gamertag. I then check my email while it was recovering. There it is. "6000 Microsoft points". Which I never brought, staright away I knew I was hacked. I tried contacting Xbox but they are closed. So I came here to ask the question. I've rang my bank and canceled every payment for Xbox for now and the future, but they can't get my money back. So...

Is it possible that Xbox could take the points and give my money back? If not I am seriously going to ***. I'll be getting police involed and a lot more. So, get back to me ASAP please.

Thanks in advance.

The only ones who can give you a definite answer on that are phone support. They are the only ones who handles things like that.

You need to contact support regarding your compromised account, they are the only people that can help you.

As for being 'hacked', that is not possible.  There are many ways to lose your account, hacking is not one of them.  You need to insure you have a STRONG password, and never give your details to anyone else.  Don't use the same email/password that you use for your Live account on other websites or services.

I had an unauthorized purchase on my account too.  I was told by the phone support people that nothing can be done as long as my credit card was not charged.  As long as only Microsoft Points were used no protections are available.  I was told by phone support to post my concern on the forum, since they did not have any tools to address the issue.

Since Microsoft does not offer the option to lock out purchases using family access code, it is Microsoft responsibility for the unauthorized purchases.

I went home for the weekend on Friday and apparently, someone bought The Sims 3 on my account, costing me 3200 ms points. My roommate says he was playing MW2, also and it was lagging out, or whatever too.
