BEFORE I BEGIN LET ME MAKE THIS BLUNTLY CLEAR : UNLESS YOU KNOW MORE THAN THE TROUBLE SHOOTING THEN PLEASE DON'T ADVISE. I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE TROUBLESHOOTING FOUR TIMES.
It all started about a week ago when you Xbox began to have issues connecting when I turned it on. My Xbox refuses to connect to the internet due to a network issue involving an unresolved network issue. I have called support TWICE and to no avail.
Things I have tried:
Reset to factory defaults (same error)
Manual entering of the address (static IP connection error)
Reset my bridges (same error)
Reset my router (same error)
Reset my modem (same error)
Restart my Xbox (same error)
Cycle wifi/wired connection (same error)
Here's some additional information:
Service Provider - RoadRunner (Time Warner)
Connection Path - Modem -> Router -> Bridge -> Bridge -> Xbox
Router Type - DLink
I will add updates as I try posted solutions.
ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE DO NOT PURPOSELY POST THINGS THAT I HAVE ALREADY DONE OR ALREADY KNOW, I WILL BE TRYING VERY HARD NOT YOU TROLL YOU OUT IF YOU DO!!!
