Sent in console for repair - Came back dead

I sent my Xbox 360 Slim in for the third time recently. I was experiencing a constant freezing issue, and each time I sent it in and got it back "repaired," it had the exact same problem.

But more recently, I got the notorious "red dot of death" on that very console. Only problem is that I can't seem to create a repair for it now. Why is this?

It is still in warranty as well.

Hey Doominatorx6! I'm sorry to hear about the whole experience! As Positive said, you'll need to contact phone support about this issue. I'd suggest having SR numbers for previous repairs at the ready so the agent can reference those when helping you out. You can also check out warranty information for a better idea of where you're at!
