Selling my Xbox for a PS4

I was forced to send my controller back to MS for repairs, it has been a month nearly and i have yet to get it back. The mail said they returned the package to sender 2 weeks ago and Microsoft still has not contacted me on this issue to get it resent to me. I have in essence spent $350 on a microsoft branded paper weight. Without a controller this system is worthless to me. so, barring MS getting me controller back to me i will be selling this thing for the money to put towards a PS4.

Yes, the first thing i did was contact Fedex, who then sent me to USPS. On the tracking site for both USPS and Fedex it says the product was returned to sender. Yet when i talk to MS, which i have done several times, nothing. I get a bunch of oh, well, um.... The customer support person i spoke to yesterday said she would email me so i could attack my screen captures of the notice and she never did.

Have you tried contacting the shipper with the tracking number to find out what happened with it?  If you do not have a tracking number then contact phone support to let them know you need it.
