Security Proofs problem

I'm having a problem making a 2nd security proof every time I open security proofs I get this message."Please check the security info you gave us. This help protect your account and recover your password."also there are 2 options "continue" & "I don't have those" and they basically send me back to my profile menu.

Are you using Internet Explorer 8, 9 or 10? Earlier and different web browsers have problems with the Active Server Pages used on the Microsoft Accounts website.

I've been doing these security proofs on my Xbox not my pc.

Then, using Internet Explorer on the PC, go to http://account.live.com sign in there and then click on Edit Security Info.

Okay I've selected the link and put in a phone number and made it a security proof on windows live. But I still have a security proofs problem on my Xbox and seems that I have fix that to be able to use Xbox live on games.

Hey OctavalStatue0! What happens when you try to play games? Do you receive an error of some kind? If you're trying to play games on Xbox LIVE you might instead be encountering errors because you don't have an Xbox LIVE Gold membership. Let us know that error you see and we'll work from there. :)
