Says" The Current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live"

Well, I just got Xbox Live and it won't let me connect to the lobbys. I can download games and do everything else, but when I tried to play MW3 Multiplayer it says" The current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live".

You should check your privacy and online settings.  Go to settings, select privacy and online settings, select Change settings, customize, online gameplay, and select Allowed.

According to Xbox.com it says you have silver membership; You need Gold membership to use LIVE services such as multiplayer.
