Says I don't have a gold membership when I do.

So I was playing a game when it kicked me offline for saying I couldn't access the game with my current setup. I go to the dashboard to find out that I have silver now instead of gold. I go to check my account and it says i auto-renewed gold on 2/25/2014 for a year. I go on the xbox to try to repurchase it and it give me error code 80190128. What can I do to fix my account?

Re-download your profile.  Alternately contact support as you may have a billing issue.
