Saying my password is wrong when its not...

Today something popped up when I signed in Xbox Live saying I needed to put my email and password in for extra security (I asked a friend and he got the same a few weeks ago) I put everything in correctly (I know this because it popped up in the back ground I was signed in AND I signed in from Xbox.com) and when I clicked accept at the end of the process it said my email address or password was wrong? Anyone else had this? Thanks DB.

Hey, DB! If you haven't already, try deleting your profile only, clear system cache 3 times, and then download your profile. That should get you past what you're running into. Let me know if it doesn't.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/ and sign in with your Xbox Live account which is your Microsoft Live account and try to change your security proofs and users have issues with them.

How would deleting his profile make it work or make it better? Thats just making a deeper hole for a small problem.
