Stated above is the reason you can't access BF3's MP . ^^^^

If you would like , there is a another option to get someone "more helpful and kind" from EA to help you resolve your issue . Go to - (help.ea.com) , click on "Talk to a game advisor" , Then state the game and system your experiencing problems with , then proceed to start the "EA Live Chat Support" .

I've used this a few times in the past , they are ALWAYS helpful (:

Hope this helped ! .

Cheers ! .

What determines if your "too young" or not is your ( Master EA ) account .

That you made when you played your first EA game online on XBL .

Once your birthdate on your EA account is made , it CANNOT BE CHANGED .

Therefore , whatever age you set it at , presumably accidentally .

Is too young to play on EA Online . ( 13+ Age Req . ) .

Many people have been having the same problem as you , either being too young to play the game according to EA's TOU or because they have set their age accidentally low when (s)he created their account with EA .

i have a family account and had to go to the website to login and change the child birth date.  I had to pay 50 cents donation with a credit card in order to verify I was an adult.  Waited 24 hours and still no luck.  I called EA and they are idiots the kid on the phone was telling me it was illegal for my son to play the game and that I am breaking the law.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and believe it or not the phone call got disconnected.

First off , make sure parental settings on your console are set to "Adult" or "Off" .

^ If this option clears it up , voila ! . If not , read my explanation below .

As no one here can help you with this matter , you can head over to Battlefield 3's Forums , and find someone who can better help you there  - (http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/forums/show/3983.page;jsessionid=560706B3C20E4FA4F93DF3EDF74F9836)

Sorry for the inconvenience , hope this clears things up ! .

One think you could also try is setting up an EA/Origins account, which you may need to do if you want to chat with EA. You may be able to set prefrences in that account and that be able to let you play wit no issue, but I'm not entirely sure. Contacting EA would probably be the best solution, good luck!

I think it's all down to your email address? I am sure that your email address says you are over 18 but check just incase, if not just contact EA :)
