Saying I don't have an Ethernet Cable Plugged In?

When I try to test my connection and I click on wired internet, it just tells me to make sure I have an ethernet cable plugged in. There is a cable plugged in, and I have checked the cable and the outlet with other devices and it works fine with them.

The exact message is:

To use a wired internet connection, make sure an ethernet cable is connected to both your console and your router or modem.

If they're unable to resolve the port issue, the console will need to be repaired. You can check you warranty status and set one up here, if you don't want to do so through phone support.
