Same Issue

Same issue here as well. I've cycled through my network settings several times, there is nothing blocking packets on my end, this seems to be an xbox live server issue?

It may have something to do with the fact that I haven't used my xbox in two months and perhaps the update is sitting behind some firewalls or something? /smh I just don't know enough about this to fix it myself. Any useful information from MS would be helpful at this point. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
