Runtime error when trying to Apply as Ambassador

Hello,

Today I saw that I could apply as an XBOX Ambassador, so I read the Description etc and pressed the 'Apply' button, however it gave me this error:


Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. 

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

So I tried some things, like resetting Internet Explorer and trying with Google Chrome, and I even tried it on my Xbox 360S. Everytime the same error.
As an beginning C# developer (and ASP.net) I am pretty sure this can only be fixed by the Microsoft staff/programmers, how do I report things like this to them?

If I am totally wrong then pleas tell me, and try to help me out :)
