The forum is not the place to report other players. You need to use the tools on your console to file a complaint against him/her. From there the XBL PET will review the complaint and if deemed necessary take the appropriate actions.

Just an FYI, MS has no control over external websites. If you have an issue with one then you need to report that to the website's Administrator(s).

You need to see difference between crime(which should be investigated by FBI&MS security department) report and player report(which is investigated by XBL Enforcemt Team).

You need read the post and follow all links before sending replies.

I report a crime, not a player - i'm not sure if he has xbox live gamertag.

 In short:

He(rowdy from avalauch hack team/shark from thetechgame forum) sold around 100 development kits using thetechgame forum thread - development hardware are property of microsoft.

He developed and his team hack which allows to launch burned on dvd games - companies include microsoft lost millions of $$$.

Please don't call out gamer tags in the forums. Call Xbox support and report him.

What you've just done is given this person, his organisation, his products and TTG free advertising on MS's own site.

Well played.

EDIT:
Call Xbox support and report him.
And as we keep pointing out to seeming indifference this does nothing.

However well intentioned you were still giving this person free advertising for his products and services possibly also directing new business and customers his way. If the mod who did the deleting truly supported the dodginess he/she would not have deleted the links.

I guess if mod was supporting m$ - he would escalate the post to M$ security department or at least give me direct address to submit the post. I want to help making the **** being jailed for his crimes or/and paying KK$ fine .

" You need to see difference between crime(which should be investigated by FBI&MS security department) report and player report(which is investigated by XBL Enforcemt Team)."

Exactly what you just posted, you will need to submit to the FBI, Unfortunately MS will not be able to do much. All they can do on their end, is take action against your "Report a Player" Submit. Which will be either Suspension/Permban.

In another note, I'm sure that MS appreciates your concern, and detication, but like they have all said. That's the most that MS will be able to do.

*** Email address is removed for privacy *** and other illegal evidence websites. I know the FBI actually has a website devoted to users of the internet sumbitting pieces of information to them. you can use these tools yet I forgot the website and what its called.

and MS is like the biggest computer business in the world more than luckly they would have a team of 'crack-pot' scientists devoted to nailing and controlling these out-breaks.

pm sent - i also added a link to current dev kit sale.
In another note, I'm sure that MS appreciates your concern, and detication, but like they have all said. That's the most that MS will be able to do.
I thought all dev kits has unique serials - serial should  be printed on labels, just near label with st like "This device wasn't authorized as required be the rule of FCC".

Also M$ can buy one dev kit and find out which studio allowed to make dev kit being sold.

Plus, they could get the sender address.

M$ can do far more than nothing.

Just i clearly remember that after guy showed his ps3 debugging station(which he bought "somewhere") on one of russian official forums - he got a ban for his psn account and a call from UK Sony office. Caller offered him a deal -" he return debugging station to Sony and they will give him some PSN Money Cards+unban account+won't contact the police". UK guy also told that guy violated Tools Destribution Agreement and that  debugging station was stolen from reviewer or developer.

Of course in our case - some studio support hacker activity because there is no way to constantly steal 5-8 dev kits for sale every month for 2 years.
FBI actually has a website devoted to users of the internet sumbitting pieces of information to them
I guess they would request contact info etc. - i'm not from usa...
