Dear Support Team,
a while ago (1/14/2015) I requested a replacement of my Controller which shipped with my Xbox One due to a failure with one of the sticks.
The request was stored under reqeust number [Mod Removed]. I received a UPS shipping label which I printed and used to send in my Controller on 3/16/2015. I never got a replacement. When I go to the support pages to watch my service requests it keeps telling me that I never requested a replacement.
Can you please help me out?
Would be nice to see a controller coming back to me.

P.S.: I kept the support mail and a picture of the UPS receipt if you need them.
