First I am french and I am surprised to see only english language support ?
Next I requested a repair service to Microsoft with the on-line system. I've registered my Xbox, I paid for this repair by credit card I've got a #number and documents are saying that I will receive a letter for shipment by UPS... but I didn't receive this letter (by email). On website Microsoft write that we have yo wait for 24h before ask for help ... it was yesterday at 2:00pm ...
Another remark : it's impossible to send an email like that (in french prefered to be clear with my problem) to call for help ?!
