Repair request of my Xbox, lost ?


First I am french and I am surprised to see only english language support ?

Next I requested a repair service to Microsoft with the on-line system. I've registered my Xbox, I paid for this repair  by credit card I've got a #number and documents are saying that I will receive a letter for shipment by UPS... but I didn't receive this letter (by email). On website Microsoft write that we have yo wait for 24h before ask for help ... it was yesterday at 2:00pm ...

Another remark : it's impossible to send an email like that (in french prefered to be clear with my problem) to call for help ?!

Hi Nicozz, If you are having an issue with your repair request and it has been over 24 hours and you have not received the UPS email please contact support by phone they will be able to cancel the repair and create a new one for you and make sure you get the UPS Email label.
