Repair Question (wasnt sure where to post this)

Hey there first sorry for posting this here seemed most logical place but couldnnt see anywhere else to i'm a newbie at this forum.

I sent off a repair request got accepted etc they asked me did i want the stamp sent via email so i could jus stick it to the box i send my xbox in its been 4 hours since i got to last page and completed it just wondering how long it takes might just be me being impatient but i really want my xbox back for a game coming out soon!

Have you still not received your shipping label? Did you check your spam/junk/trash folders? If you do not have it, please contact phone support again, reference your SR#, and ask for another one.

The fact that LIVE went down for a bit today may have slowed everything down. I would wait a little why and see what happens. The only other choice you have is to call support or email them.
