mis preguntas son simples

hace 2 meses compre una suscripcion de 2 meses por 20 pesos mexicanos y al mes me salio un mensaje que decia:

Ronavar suscripcion

yo le puse que no y me acabo de enterar que eso sigue activado

aun me van a cobrar y negarme el juego conectado en linea?

o en realidad si se cancelo?

A mi me pasó exactamente lo mismo. Lo mejor es cancelar la suscripción antes de que termine el mes. Y como ya viene Gears of War 3... yo creo que me voy a quedar en Live un rato más...

vato si es por tarjeta de kredio no te la peles,  solo kita el kodigo de seguridad y ya con eso no se te renueva porke  si lo hase sin k tenga es eodijo te estarian robando y n kreo k ala microsof le konvenga , entos solo kitaselo y kuando s elo pongas klaro te dira k si renuevas  yaes tu decicion si  dices k no o si entos ya esa es tu decicion loko espeor te alla servido saludos

Mira Ese Mensaje te lo Mandan en el 360 Cuando te Quedan Exactamente 15 Dias de Live (O Si no Te Has Conectado Despues de Ese Dia te Saldra), Te Avisan que Ya se te va a Acabar y que Puedes Renovar Ahi Mismo Desde Ese Momento, Darle al No, NO Significa que ya te Salvaste, Cuando Tu Aceptaste la Promocion de 20 Pesos era con la Condicion de Pagar el 3er Mes a 89 a Menos que lo Canceles Antes de Eso. Por lo Que Vas a Tener que Hablar a Soporte a Cancelarlo o Meterle un Codigo de Meses, es la Unica Manera de Cancelar el Cobro.

Yo igual compre esa promocion de 2 meses, y el dia en que terminaban esos 2 meses de GOLD compre una por 12 meses pero resulto que igual me cobraron la renovacion automatica. Despues de mas de un mes esperando que arreglaran la opcion para enviar un correo a soporte pude hacerlo y me respondieron esto:

Debido a la forma en que su navegador de Internet está configurado, su correo electrónico ha sido dirigido a un equipo de soporte inapropiado.

Para recibir soporte del equipo adecuado, por favor haga lo siguiente:

·         Visite: www.xbox.com/.../ChangeLocale.aspx

·         Seleccione el país correspondiente de la lista.

·         Pinche en soporte y/o contáctenos y su correo electrónico será dirigido al equipo de soporte apropiado.

Nos disculpamos por los inconvenientes que esto pudiera ocasionar. Ud. obtendrá una respuesta más veloz si se dirige a su equipo de soporte local.

Hago eso, entro y selecciono mi pais y todo, pero al darle Soporte y buscar en donde mandar un correo termino yendo a donde mismo. Si alguien me pudiera orientar se los agradezco, teniendo en cuenta que no pienso hablar por telefono a menos que sea la ultima opcion :P
