Renewing Gold Membership/Changing contact email info

I need someone to help me renew our Gold membership for our account.  My contact email address has changed over the past year and that needs to be updated as well.  We don't keep a credit card on account so our son won't run a bill either by accident or on purpose. Because my email address you have on file [Mod Removed] has been deactivated, I did not receive the renewal email on our account.  Can someone please [Mod Removed] help me get the xbox Gold account up and running again.
