In March a renewal offer appeared on the dashboard: Renew for 12 months ,get 1 month extra, and get a free game (from a list they provided). I renewed and emailed my request for Kinect Sports as they stated. I received a confirmation email that my game would take 8-10 weeks to arrive...I'm still waiting.
I have emailed support and they told me to call 4my-xbox. I called 4my-xbox and they told me to use the U.S. forums. I used the U.S. forums and they (Miss Portia) said that they are no longer fulfilling the promo and sorry for the inconvenience.
How is this acceptable?!
Please help, I just can't imagine how a company can turn their back on not only a loyal customer, but one who also recommends the Xbox 360 from behind a counter. I am rather shaken by this lack of responsibility and it's even worse trying to speak with anyone that can help...I've had many willing, but not one authorized to help. Shameful really.
