Ive been playing since i was 15, My parent has their account credentials and all, we just do not know how to make this account a master/regular account so i can queue downloads from xbox.com now.
Help is appreciated

you can queue anything from xbox.com including purchased games
you will have to adjust family settings to allow purchases of premium content under privacy settings
this however does not affect m rated or rp rated demos and trailers which fall under international laws rather then parental permissions

ok im old enough to download "M" rated games but everytime i try to it says my account is unable to download games with this rating so why cant I download the MW3 mapppack

Look for Promote child account to adult account. The child account you want to change does have to 18 though.
EDIT: Wow, I did not see how old this thread was. At least I wasn't the one that bumped it though.
