Can someone please tell me how or who contact to remove my card details i need this soon , so please send me a message of how or someones contact info . thanks
if the card is not on an active membership then you can remove it
if not you will have ot call support and cancel autorenewal
once the account turns silver you can remove it
if you are on a month to month subscription you cannot do this
if you are on a 3month or yearly
you can call support and ask to remove the creditcard (billing)
the account will be frozen and canceled and in 4-7 business days
you will receive a email with the remaining time token (has to be over 1month left) but no subscription or account changes can be done while you wait
if you are however on a promotion you must wait till your account receives the promotional items before you can
(i don't think you can do the 2 months for 2dollars deal)

Sorry to hear it monkey. For future reference though I would like to ask you to create new threads instead of bumping older ones as this thread is well over 4 years old.
Simply sign in to commerce.microsoft.com where you'll be able to remove the card you have on file. If you have problems doing this then give phone support a call at 1-800-469-9269.
