Remove payment option

So I know I have to come onto here to remove it but everytime I go To

MyXbox > Account

I get the Oops...Seems you found a glitch in our system. Error.

How can I get around this, even better when will this "glitch" go away ?

If the payment method was used to purchase a current LIVE subscription, you would need to first call phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) and turn off auto-renewal. Then when the subscription is ended, you can remove the card.
