Registering Xbox 360 to account - Not appearing

Hi there,

I have tried registering my Xbox 360 using the serial number to my account however It will not process and informs me that the xbox is already registered. I then go to my registered devices and it does not appear.

I have two accounts under different email addresses and neither show the xbox 360 and both state that it is already registered. Can someone help me out here please!

The reason why I am signing up is that my power supply is faulty and need a replacement unit.

since you can't seem to register it yourself, I advise to request a replacement power supply by contact Xbox Support. Explain the situation and they might be able to take a look why you can't do it and even request a replacement for you. To contact Xbox Support use: support.xbox.com/contact-us
